How to become a Vendor at the Trade Show
The trade show will take place on May 31 and June 1, 2024, from 9am to 4pm on both days, with the possibility of staying open later.

Value Added Vendor
- Trade Show Dates: May 31 and June 1, 2024, from 9am to 4pm on both days, with the possibility of staying open later.
- Booth Assignments: Booth assignments are made at the time of payment, and vendor fees are non-refundable. Map will be emailed 30 days prior to the event.
- Vendor Responsibilities: Vendors are responsible for unloading, setting up, taking down, and removing their own equipment and displays. They should also secure lightweight valuables at night and keep their display within the confines of their booth space.
- Additional Equipment: Vendors can request additional tables and chairs for $15 per set.
- Liability and Indemnification: Vendors are responsible for any damages they cause to the Missouri State Fairgrounds facility and must remove all trash and products at the end of the event. They must also disconnect batteries when not in use and are not allowed to operate combustible engines indoors or under pavilions. Vendors must hold harmless Midwest Buck Sale LLC/Goat Expo LLC from any claims or expenses related to their use of the exhibit space.
Vendor Space is in the FFA Building, under the swine pavilion, sheep pavilion, and on the grass between the two pavilions. If you request a specific pavilion, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Camp ground information: Missouri State Fairgrounds, Sedalia. You will pay for your space directly to the camp ground attendants. Grounds are just north of the swine pavilion at gate 6.
