Airtable Form — Pre-Registration
1Open Airtable → GOAT EXPO MASTER → MM Exhibitors table
2Click + next to Views → choose Form → name it “Market Mayhem Pre-Registration”
3Add fields: Exhibitor Name, Exhibitor Type, Age, State, Farm/Business Name, Email, Phone, Shows Entered, MM Animals
4MM Animals field description: “One animal per line: Animal Name | Show | Weight. Example: Doe #1 | Wether-Rama | 82”
5Click Share form → copy link → post to GoatExpo.com and social media
Night-of Workflow
1Before 5 PM: Class Manager → Weight Entry → Save All Weights → Auto-Assign Classes → adjust if needed
26 PM: After every placing, use Add Points tab. Points calculate automatically.
3Keep Leaderboard on the projector. Hit Refresh after each division.
4Champion and Reserve names appear live in the gold banner at the top.
