Vendor List & Information

1. Trade Show Dates: May 30th & 31st, from 9am to 4pm. ​
2. Set Up May 29th 9am-6pm
3. Booth Assignments: Booths are assigned. Request may be made for a specific space location.
4. Space Assignment will be emailed 30 days prior to the event.
5. Vendor Responsibilities: Vendors are responsible for unloading, setting up, taking down, and removing their own equipment and displays. ​ They should also secure lightweight valuables at night and keep their display within the confines of their booth space. ​Goat Expo is not responsible for theft. Grounds are patrolled by the MSF and gates are locked at night.
6. Additional Equipment: Vendors may request additional tables and chairs for $15 per set. ​
7. No combustible engines indoors or under pavilions.
8. Vendors in FFA Building, please remove and disconnect any batteries when not in use.
9. Liability and Indemnification: Vendors are responsible for any damages they cause to the Missouri State Fairgrounds facility.
10. Please remove all trash and products at the end of the event. ​ Vendors must hold harmless Goat Expo LLC/Midwest Buck Sale LLC from any claims or expenses related to their use of the exhibit space.
11. ​Vendor Fees are Non-Refundable.

Indoor Vendor space is in the FFA Building, Outdoor space is under the swine pavilion, sheep pavilion, and on the grass between the two pavilions. If you request a specific pavilion, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Camp ground information: Missouri State Fairgrounds, Sedalia. You will pay for your space directly to the camp ground attendants. Camp Grounds are just north of the swine pavilion and south of the sheep pavilion.

Crystal Hageman, the creative force behind Outside the Box, is bringing her one-of-a-kind, handcrafted treasures to the Value Added Vendor Days on May 30th-31st. Located in Richland, Missouri, Crystal and her daughter are a dynamic mother-daughter duo who pour their hearts into every stitch, loop, and design. Their creations are more than just crafts—they’re a celebration of creativity, love, and the belief that “You can’t do art wrong.”

A Legacy of Creativity

Outside the Box was born during a deeply meaningful time in Crystal’s life—her mother’s final year. It was her mother who instilled in them the fearless mindset that art has no rules and no mistakes, only opportunities to create something unique. Happy Does – Goat Milk Soap

Discover the Art of Goat Milk Soap Making with Julia Lutz of “Happy Does” at Value Added Vendor Days

We are excited to announce that Julia Lutz, the creative mind behind Happy Does, will be joining us for the upcoming Value Added Vendor Days on May 31st! Julia will be hosting a live demonstration on the art of crafting goat milk soap, sharing her expertise and passion for this unique and rewarding craft. Whether you’re a seasoned soap maker or simply curious about the process, Julia’s demonstration promises to be both educational and inspiring.

But that’s not all! Julia will also be participating in the Meet & Greet on Thursday evening, May 29th, where attendees will have the opportunity to connect with her, learn more about her journey, and explore her beautifully crafted goat milk soaps.

A Journey from Kansas City to Goat Milk Soap Artistry

Julia’s story is as rich and fascinating as the soaps she creates. Born in Kansas City, Missouri, Julia moved to Clear Lake, Iowa, at the age of three. She graduated from Clear Lake High School in 1984 and went on to earn a degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville. For 27 years, Julia dedicated her career to serving others, working for the Missouri Department of Mental Health in Kansas City before retiring in 2020.

Today, Julia lives on a picturesque acreage near Green Castle, Missouri, with her husband, Bill. Together, they tend to a small herd of Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats, which sparked Julia’s passion for goat milk soap making. Her daughter, a student at Truman State University, and their three dogs complete their lively household.

We accept all types of vendors, from homestead, homemade, crafts, associations, feeds, equipment, retail, livestock supplies, farmer’s market, baked goods, Drink and food vendors, and so much more. We have space in the FFA Building and on the grass between it and the Swine Pavilion.

Pricing is as follows:

Equipment Vendors 20’X20′ space: $165

Inside FFA building: $125 (includes 8′ table and 2 folding chairs)

Outside on the grass: $50. (bring your table and chairs) we suggest having a canopy

8′ table and two folding chairs: $15.

Electricity: $20. (must provide your own extension cord)
